FAQs: Site FunctionalityQ. What is your site optimized for? A. Our website was designed for at least 1024x768 resolution with medium-sized fonts.
Q. What settings do you recommend? A. We recommend setting your resolution to something higher than 800x600 for viewing our site. You can change it by right-clicking on your desktop, choosing "properties" and then the "settings" tab, for Windows.
Q. What browsers can I use? A. We recommend Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox or the Apple browser of choice.
Q. Why won't the videos play? A. The videos are hosted by Google, please make sure you first click the video to activate the browser control, then you can click the play button to watch the video.
Q. Why am I receiving an error when trying to play the video? A. Make sure you check all of your connections and verify you have connectivity to the internet, close out of your "media" player, then try again.
Q. Why is the video taking so long to play? A. You most likely have a dial-up connection, the videos will have the best performance with a high-speed connection, either cable or DSL. |
