Q. What are the shipping costs associated with my order? A. ZERO. AP1 ships UPS-ground for all orders, absolutely FREE for you.
Q. When can I expect my order? A. Usually you can expect your order in 2-4 days. We have distribution points located in strategic locations. It may take up to eight days, but that is an unusual occurrence. Once the payment has been approved, Air Purifier 1 will ship directly to the location you specify. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground for FREE. If you need something in a shorter period of time, arrangements can be made, just contact AP1 so we can make them.
Q. Can I arrange an alternative shipping method? A. Sure. But it may not be at no cost to you. Depending on the size of the order and your request, we will evaluate and provide the options to you. Just contact us by email or phone to make arrangements.
Q. Can I ship to an alternate address, different from the invoice (billing) address? A. Yes. You need to specify the alternate address during the order process in the shopping cart.
Q. What if the purifier or any of the contents are damaged upon delivery? A. First, you'll be impressed on the packaging of the IQAir products, the contents are well protected. Damage doesn't occur frequently, but if it does, you need to contact us via email or phone so we can begin to immediately address the issue and replace your purchase with absolutely no associated charges to you.
Q. Where do I find the status of my shipment? A. If several days have passed and your concerned with your shipment just contact us and we will look into our database and review your tracking information. We will get the status for you and provide you with an update. We can also then provide you with the tracking information, so you can track the package yourself by contacting UPS or by visiting their website. |
