Q. Is my information secure? A. AP1's most important asset is its customers, for that reason, we leave it up to the world leader of online transactions, PayPal, to process your order. We understand the importance of your privacy and as an e-Commerce web entity, we make data security our highest priority. At no point is any of the information we exchange exposed as un-encrypted, un-secure data. AP1 is first a technology company so we understand the complexities involved. To ensure your privacy, our shopping cart was developed by PayPal, the world leader of online transactions. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and PayPals web servers are private and secure. Your credit card information is never stored anywhere on the www.airpurifier1.com website. Once you are directed onto the PayPal site, please be advised of their privacy practices, they are unparalleled in the industry.
Q. How can I verify that the page is secure? A. You can verify the security by making sure the URL in the address bar begins with "https". The "s" denotes a secure socket layer protected with 128 bit encryption. You should also see a "lock" icon in the lower right (IE) or the lower left (Mozilla Firefox) of the browser or a "key" graphic in the lower portion of Netscape Navigator. These indicators also confirm that your browser communication is encrypted (private) and secure. AP1 provides the highest level of encryption or security possible, we understand your concerns, that's why we use the industry leader, PayPal, to satisfy your online order.
Q. Where can I place an order? A. All orders are placed after clicking 'add to shopping cart' on the product detail pages. You can be directed there from a link on a shop page or by browsing the left-side navigation or 'buy now' button on the home page. We recommend, however, that you begin at the AP1 Solution Center, located at the top of our site 'Which IQAir?'. It was designed to assist you in choosing the most appropriate purifier for your needs.
Q. Where can I order filter replacements or see the replacement schedule? A. All of the filters can be found on the product detail pages after selecting your model. Just scroll down after selecting your model from the left-side navigation and add the filter you need to your shopping cart. You can also choose from the 'Buy Now' button located at the top of our site. For example, if you're looking for a filter for your HealthPro Plus, just click the 'HealthPro Plus' on the left-hand side of the page, then scroll down until you see the filter you need. All of the approximate filter lifes are also indicated. Next to the filter name for the respective 'model' you'll see a timeframe which represents the filter schedule. Filter life is dependent on the operating environment so the timeframes are only approximate.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept? A. PayPal, the leader of online transactions, accepts all major credit cards. They are noted within the shopping cart page, and also indicated on our home page on the PayPal icon on the bottom of the page. Please contact AP1 if you would like to pursue alternative payment methods.
Q. Can I use a personal check? A. Sure, we would like you to first email or call us to let us know you'd like to pay by personal check and to let us know exactly what items you desire to purchase. We will then instruct you to make a note on the check of the desired IQAir model(s) and make it payable to The Only Air Purifier L.L.C.. Send the check to our address: 118 Cherry Street, Jersey City, NJ, 07305. Once the check has cleared (usually 7days) we will begin shipment of your order. After receving your information, we will manually enter you into our system.
Q. Do you accept international transactions? A. At this time, AP1 only accepts orders from the Domestic U.S., there are no exceptions.
Q. Can I use my PayPal account to place an order? A. AP1 accepts PayPal accounts or you can just enter your credit card information into their secure shopping cart pages. It's your choice, both securely undergo clearing before we can begin shipping your order. Yo don't need a PayPal account to complete an order however. PayPal is the global leader in online payments. Please make sure you complete this secure transaction so AP1 can begin to process your order and immediately begin shipment.
Q. How much taxes do I pay on my order? A. ZERO. AP1 will absorb all of the taxes for your order, no matter what!
Q. How much do I pay for shipment? A. ZERO. AP1 will ship UPS Ground for FREE, Domestic U.S. only. |
