Q. What is the Warranty for IQAir products?

  

A. The HealthPro Series is guaranteed for 5 years and all other "Products" for 1 year. This includes all parts with the exception of filters which are considered consumables. Obvious defects should be communicated to us within 10 days of date of purchase. Please see our "Terms and Conditions" located at the bottom of all pages for more information.

  

Q. What is the filter replacement schedule?

  

A. You can find the filter replacement schedule after clicking each 'model' listed in the left-side navigation. Just scroll down and the average life expectancy is noted in the title for all filters. After you purchase an IQAir purifier, it has intelligent monitoring and it will let you know when your filter is on the way for needing replacement (yellow light on the LCD panel) or when the filter needs to be replaced (red light on the LCD panel). Filter life is dependent on the operating environment.

  

Q. Is there a money back guarantee?

  

A. Yes, you may return any unit within 30 days of receipt for a refund. AP1 charges a 15% restocking fee and any return shipping fees to complete the return. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount. You need to first contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. Returns will be refused if they're not accompanied with an RMA#. Each unit must be returned with all original manuals, registrations, certificates, accessories and parts in the original packaging. Once the package is received and inspected, a new unit will be shipped or a credit will be issued.

  

Q. Do you experience many returns?

  

A. It is not surprising to AP1 that we experience virtually no returns. When you receive the product, you'll soon realize why.
