Product Descriptions:

Returns:
you may return any unit within 30 days of receipt for a refund. AP1 charges a 15% restocking fee and any return shipping fees to complete the return. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount. You need to first contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. Returns will be refused if they're not accompanied with an RMA#. Each unit must be returned with all original manuals, registrations, certificates, accessories and parts in the original packaging. Once the package is received and inspected, a new unit will be shipped or a credit will be issued.
Pricing:
With the exception of where specially indicated on the website, www.airpurifier1.com provides all of the retail prices as to be accurate and authorized by IQAir. We do not charge for shipping in the Domestic U.S. and we also pay all applicable sales tax on all purchase. The Only Air Purifier L.L.C. will only hold you responsible for the advertised price, even if the price goes up before you placed your order. We take pride in a fair business practice and there are absolutely no hidden charges or unexpected costs incurred by any of our customers.
